Where I can help

GoHighLevel expertise that connects the pieces.

For service businesses, coaches and agency teams starting fresh or improving an existing GHL account.

CRM & sales pipelines

Contacts, custom fields, tags, opportunities and ownership. Organize the data and stages your team uses to move a lead forward.

Pipeline & opportunity setup

Funnels & forms

Landing pages, lead capture and CRM handoffs. Check mobile layouts, field mapping and what happens after someone submits.

Landing page & workflow QA

Calendars & booking

Availability, appointment routing, confirmations and reminders. Review cancellations, rescheduling and no-show follow-up before launch.

Form-to-booking connection

Workflow automation

Lead nurture, email/SMS follow-up, triggers and branches. Check re-entry, reply handling, contact preferences and exceptions to avoid conflicting messages.

Workflow audit & repair plan

Payments & course access

Connect checkout, subscription status and onboarding. Test failed payments, cancellations and course or membership access against your agreed policy.

Payment-to-access QA

Migration & integrations

Keap-to-GHL planning, field mapping, Zapier and API/webhook handoffs. Review dependencies, test sample records and document what your team will maintain.

CRM migration planning

An example of how I think

A lead should always have a next step.

Capture, assignment, follow-up and booking should work together, with clear rules for replies and exceptions.

Illustrative GoHighLevel journey: capture lead, organize CRM, assign owner, follow up, book appointment and track outcome. A reply branches from follow-up to human handoff and stops that nurture sequence.
My illustrative planning framework, not a client result. Reply, opt-out and booking rules are configured and tested for each workflow.
  1. Capture the lead and source
  2. Map fields and update the CRM
  3. Assign an owner and opportunity
  4. Follow up; route replies to a person
  5. Book and confirm the appointment
  6. Track the outcome and exceptions

From conversation to a clear scope

Decide what matters. Then build it.

  1. Discuss

Share your goal, current tools and one workflow that needs attention. No passwords or private exports.

  2. Define

We agree priorities, scope, timeline and cost. A deeper audit or implementation gets a written proposal before work starts.

  3. Deliver

After approval: the agreed configuration, workflow tests and handoff notes. Training and ongoing support can be scoped too.

Before we meet

What is a GoHighLevel CRM consultation?

A focused discussion about your HighLevel CRM, funnels, calendars and automation. We identify your priority, review how the pieces should connect and decide whether you need planning, troubleshooting, setup or training.

Is the 15-minute call free?

Yes. It is a free discovery call to discuss fit and next steps, not a full account audit or build session. Project goals, scope, timeline and cost are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

Can you improve an existing GHL account or help with a migration?

Yes. We can scope workflow troubleshooting, CRM cleanup or a migration plan, including Keap-to-GoHighLevel. We first review your source data, dependencies and platform limits; a migration is not assumed to be a one-click copy.

Can you connect payments, courses and member access?

Yes, subject to your selected tools and account features. We define payment and access rules, then test the relevant purchase, failed-payment, cancellation and recovery paths. Payment status alone is not treated as a complete access policy.

Do I need to share my login before booking?

No. A short description and a public website URL are enough to start. If we work together, we agree access separately. Do not include passwords, API keys or customer exports in booking notes.
