How we agree the work
Define the scope
We identify the required deliverables, dependencies, access, testing, and handoff. If diagnosis is needed first, that becomes a separate proposed scope.
Approve your quote
You receive the agreed scope, timeline, cost, and payment terms in writing. Work begins only after you approve them. Any additional work is discussed before it is added.
What affects the cost?
The number of pages, workflows, records, or systems involved; the condition of your current setup; integration complexity; content readiness; risk; QA requirements; and the delivery schedule. Software subscriptions and other third-party costs are identified separately when relevant.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The 30-minute call is free and carries no obligation to proceed. It helps us understand the request; it is not a full audit or an implementation session.
Are service-page deliverables a fixed package?
No. They describe the kind of work I can help with. Your written proposal confirms the exact goals, included work, exclusions, delivery timeline, and cost for your project.
