Keap reporting support

Think beyond one automation

Make the whole journey work.

I look at the connections, not just the individual tools.

Illustrative workflow: capture lead, segment in Keap, follow up, confirm payment, grant access and review. Failed payments branch to review and recovery, not new access.
A conceptual example, not a client result. Payment and access rules are agreed for your business.
  1. Capture the lead
  2. Segment in Keap
  3. Trigger the right follow-up
  4. Confirm payment; review failures
  5. Grant the agreed access
  6. Review and improve

From conversation to a clear scope

Start small. Know the next step.

  1. Discuss

Bring your goal, current tools and the problem you want to solve. No passwords or private exports.

  2. Define

We discuss priorities, scope, timeline and cost. Any deeper audit or build gets a written proposal.

  3. Deliver

After approval: the agreed work, relevant QA checks and a documented handoff. Ongoing support can be scoped separately.

Before we meet

What is a Keap CRM consultation?

A focused conversation about your Keap setup, automation and customer journey. We identify your priority and decide whether you need an audit, implementation, troubleshooting or training.

Is the 15-minute call free?

Yes. The discovery call is free and checks fit and next steps. It is not a full account audit or implementation session. Project scope, timeline and cost are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Can you help with legacy Infusionsoft and Memberium?

Yes. I work with Keap and legacy Infusionsoft campaigns, tags, fields, order forms and connected WordPress systems, including Memberium and LearnDash. We confirm your edition, integrations and access needs before changes.

Do I need to share my login before booking?

No. Bring a short description and a public website URL if useful. If we work together, we agree the access method separately. Do not put passwords, API keys or customer exports in booking notes.
