Inventory Keap before rebuilding

1. Export or list active tags, custom fields, campaigns, forms, order forms, products, payment actions, and membership dependencies.
2. Separate active customer-state logic from old reporting clutter.
3. Mark anything that should not be recreated in GHL.

Map customer state

1. Define what each tag or field means now.
2. Map opt-in, purchase, failed payment, cancellation, refund, access, onboarding, and support states.
3. Decide which states become GHL tags, fields, pipelines, workflows, or notes.

Plan migration QA

1. Test a sample contact path before importing everything.
2. Check form submission, payment action, course or membership access, follow-up, and reporting.
3. Keep rollback notes until the new path is proven.
