Before Work Starts
If a client cancels before work starts and before substantial preparation has been done, a refund or cancellation may be possible depending on the payment method and written agreement.
Payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, or platform fees may be non-refundable.
After Work Starts
Fixed-scope digital services involve time, expertise, review, planning, access setup, and implementation. Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
If a project cannot continue because required client access, content, assets, approvals, or payment readiness are missing, Arif may pause the project until the blocker is resolved.
Audit, Roadmap, And Report Services
Audit, roadmap, documentation, QA, and report services are generally non-refundable after delivery because the value is professional review and written output.
Implementation Services
Implementation services may include revisions only within the agreed scope. If the client changes requirements after work begins, the change may require a new quote.
Missed Calls And Rescheduling
The free direct-site 15-minute fit/access call is limited to one call per service request. Late arrival, no-show, or repeated rescheduling may require submitting a new request or booking a paid audit/consultation.
Custom Agreements
If a written invoice, contract, marketplace order, or project agreement has different refund/cancellation terms, that agreement controls.
