Terms Of Service
Terms Of Service
Draft created: 2026-06-17
Provider: Arifur Rahman
These terms apply to direct website service requests for fixed-scope CRM, automation, LMS, membership, ecommerce, reporting, technical SEO, and related implementation services.
This draft is a practical starting point and is not legal advice.
Service Requests
Submitting a service request does not automatically create a confirmed order. A request is accepted only after scope, price, timeline, access, required assets, and payment/deposit/contract terms are confirmed in writing.
Fixed Scope
Each service page describes what is included and excluded. Work outside the listed scope is treated as an add-on or custom project and must be approved before it starts.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information.
- Providing content, assets, platform access, and approvals on time.
- Confirming that they have permission to request work on the relevant account, website, store, CRM, or platform.
- Reviewing deliverables within the agreed review window.
- Paying approved invoices, deposits, or platform contracts before work begins where required.
No Guaranteed Results
Services improve setup, structure, QA, documentation, automation, or implementation. Arif does not guarantee sales, rankings, ad approvals, payment gateway approvals, email deliverability, platform approvals, revenue, or business results.
Access And Security
Do not send passwords through forms, chat, email, or documents. Access should be provided through official collaborator, staff, admin user, temporary user, partner, or screen-share methods where possible.
Arif will not make destructive account, billing, DNS, payment, campaign, contact, or automation changes without explicit written approval.
Third-Party Tools
The client is responsible for third-party platform fees, paid apps, paid plugins, paid themes, software licenses, payment processor fees, ad spend, hosting fees, and other outside costs unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Revisions And Change Requests
Revision rules are defined on the service page or written scope confirmation. A revision means adjustment within the approved scope. New pages, workflows, features, copywriting, data cleanup, design directions, integrations, or platform changes may be treated as change requests.
Communication
For direct website requests, communication may happen by email, approved form, Zoom/Meet, or agreed project channel. For Fiverr or Upwork projects, communication and payment must follow the marketplace rules.
Confidentiality
Arif will treat non-public client business information, account information, and project materials as confidential unless the client approves public use.
Portfolio Use
Arif may only use client work publicly if it is sanitized, does not reveal private data, and is approved where needed. Private CRM, ecommerce, customer, order, payment, API, and admin data must not be published.
Limitation
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis within the agreed scope. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service unless a different written agreement applies.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the service catalog, payment methods, or checkout process changes.
